The dream is to eventually transform OLDC into a standalone unit of international repute, purely dedicated to the R&D needs, catering to diverse fields ranging from pedagogy to human resources to critical, cutting edge tech in nascent fields, so as to help bring about a holistic and qualitative transformation in the nation. It's all about getting the support at the right time to be able to take baby steps in the right direction. To this end, we have taken our first steps and our march has begun!
